Final Exam

So there is a big issue with parking on campus... I have wrote a few letters to the parking services for different classes explaining my opinion of the situation and how to fix it. I really shouldn't complain this semester though... I have had the best parking spot on campus if you are in my major. I am commuter west parking this semester but instead of parking in the big lots behind the green houses I park up behind the cheese plant. This is a small nest of awesome parking spots. They are easy in and easy out and I can always find a space. This area is also pretty close to about every building I need too. The best parking is behind the cheese plant. I haven't got one ticket this semester... and no run-ins with the parking services folks. Last semester I had to park at the Sanderson which awful... All my classes were on the other side of campus and it was cold... needless to say I wasn't happy. So yup, park west and you will always find a parking spot.

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

So it's getting to be that time of year again and we are ready! We put all new lights on the big ugly tree out front so now there is no way to miss it. I also dressed the flamingos! One has on a green sweater and the other has a red sweater and they both have Santa hats.... It's legit. We also a a small Christmas tree in the front window... it has bar coasters as decorations and an Action trucker hat as a tree topper... also legit. Yep.. tis the season!

It's my Birthday!

Today is my birthday and I am 21! I will not be getting drunk or at least I don't think I will be getting drunk... I have a party tonight and we are all eating at Mugshots. This morning I had two friends from home showed up with a fondue pot and a body hair trimmer... .... ... Not real sure how I feel about it.

Halloween, Flamingos, Protein

I did nothing for halloween... I went to the game Saturday night and I am so glad we beat Kentucky!
As far as flamingos go I now have two... pink... flamingos... I decided that it would be a good idea to put them in the tree out front. They are now peeking around the side of the tree.
I started a high protein diet this week to trim down and finish building muscle. I started a new workout schedule too so I am excited all that.

Bow ties and swine woo hoo

So I got invited to a Semi-Formal next month and I had to go buy a new suit. So I went over to George Sherman's to pick one out. I got one and ended up buying a new shirt, belt, and two new ties... I say all this because one of those ties is a bow tie.. I have never ever tied a bow tie so I tried to learn. I spent an hour in my floor choking myself trying desperately to tie the thing... finally after a million tries I got it and I look snazzy!
In other news we were sitting in class (animal science) last week when they started bring the swine into the kill floor to take them out... it was horrible to hear them squeal just before they were cut down in the prime of their lives! It was kinda funny though because the instructor just carried on as if it wasn't happening and everyone in the class was cracking up... once again the joys of State!
And Sunday night it was raining like cats and dogs in Booneville(my hometown) and I left my windows down... I almost killed wilber(my ipod)! but no worries he is doing fine he played well for me all the way home sunday night.

S A T U R D A Y night night!

So this weekend I got a new piano and so I spent most of my Saturday morning moving my old old upright out of my house and going to get my new studio piano... I never want to move that stupid thing again as long as I live.
Saturday afternoon was fun. I got my Grandfathers guns and so I decided it would be good to clean them up and go shoot them. I went out to our field and shot off a ton of rounds. The .22 kept jamming up but the little .25 shot like a new one and the 16 guage single shot shotgun almost took my arm off. I wasn't expecting it to kick like it did!
Saturday evening we all went and played ULTIMATE!! We play two whole games before the cops came and turned  the lights off on us then we all retreated to Hazelberg's house to chill. We ended up watching A Goofy Movie which I hadn't seen in 13.5 years! It was amazing just like I remembered. Then I drug home and passed out in my bed.....

The cold and Back to the Future

It's starting to get cold but I refuse to wear pants. Shorts are my thing and I will not give them up just because a little cold wind blows across my lower leg area! So take that cold!
In other news I found out this week that they are showing the remastered Back to the Future in some theaters for the 25th anniversary and we are planning on going... The nearest theather showing it is in St. Louis and so we are planning a trip up there on the 23rd to see it! I am so excited I am beside myself. This is a once in a lifetime chance!
